Outside pool and Jacuzzi, BBQ pit for your pleasure and fun. Each guest will awake up to breathtaking views of three islands, Saba, Statia, St. Kitts and a spectacular view of Simpson Bay. This new 5-bedroom villa offers a stunning panoramic view of the Caribbean sea (the picture above is taken from the top floor of the villa). Watch the cruise ships and yachts pass by while enjoying your favorite drink in our private pool or the Jacuzzi. You can take an easy 5-10 min walk (or a 2-min drive) to a couple of beaches with good swimming and some snorkeling, plenty more beaches are in 10-15 minute driving range; or participate in the many activities available nearby, e.g. water sports, fishing & sailing trips, cycling etc... All 5 bedrooms (1 King, 1 has 2 Queen beds) are very spacious and have A/C, ceiling fans and their own private bath with shower. Four bedrooms offer a beautiful ocean view, bedroom #5 has a terrace view. The community of Pelican Key provides an ideal location and the perfect combination of seclusion and diversion. Within short walking distance from our villa are a convenience store, ATM, a casino and a few restaurants. Most of the nightlife, 20+ restaurants, bars, casinos, a cinema etc. are a max. 10 min drive, to get to either Philipsburg or Marigot takes about 15-20 min by car.
