This villa has just become available for weekly rentals (June 2004). Of the 5 bedrooms, 3 are in the main house, which also has a large fully stocked kitchen and a large living room which opens out to the pool and the view. Outside of the kitchen is a small patio with a table which also contains the entrance to the 4th bedroom. The 5th bedroom is located in a small separate cottage (which has it's own small kitchen), with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the beach. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and a bathroom. |

To reach the beach, just walk down Le Caprice's steep driveway. To maintain privacy, there is a security gate at the bottom of the drive. Marigot is just a few minutes drive away, with its beautiful shops, restaurants and grocery store. |
